Birdview has a built-in mechanism that will help you immediately identify problematic areas in your organization.

Tasks and projects with problems will be highlighted with red, so you can immediately spot them. The more problems a project has, the more intense its highlight is going to be. Here are some of the situations that the system will warn you about:

• Task is overdue
• Actual hours exceeded Estimated hours
• Actual spending exceeded allocated Budget
• Task that is supposed to start doesn't have any assignees

Immediate Feedback

Immediate Feedback - is another unique feature of Birdview Projects. If there is any potential or actual problem with a task, an employee or a staff member can "Stop the line" by posting a comment with a "Warning" flag.

This action will immediately bring everyone's attention to the problematic place by highlighting the task and a project it belongs to with the red color.
